Pirie's Place, Horsham, West Sussex, UK

From The Carfax you can approach Pirie's Place through a narrow alley opposite the bandstand. This alley contains Pirie's Bar, another one of my haunts. It gets a bit busy for me some evenings, but is a good resting place whilst waiting for the other half to do the shopping!

Within Piries place you will find all sorts of shops, including Waitrose the supermarket, a regular market, and Mr Pirie himself who was a local headmaster and landowner -
